How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your AUTOLOR™ account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Sign in to your account

Go to autolor.app/auth/signin and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to Account Settings

Go to Settings → Account or click the gear icon in the navigation menu.

Delete your account

Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom of the page and click Delete Account. You will be asked to enter your password and type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm.

Deletion Options

When deleting your account, you can choose one of two options:

Option 1: Delete Everything

Permanently removes all of your data from our systems, including:

Your account profile, login credentials, and personal information
All vehicles and their documentation records
All journal entries, photos, and uploaded files
All images and media stored in our cloud storage
Todo lists, maintenance reminders, and parts inventory
Connected social accounts and OAuth sessions

Option 2: Delete Account, Keep Vehicle Records

Removes all personal information and login access, but preserves your vehicle documentation anonymously. Your records will be attributed to "Anonymous User" instead of your name. This option:

Removes all personal information, credentials, and login access
Preserves vehicle records, journal entries, and photos anonymously

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed immediately. All database records are removed and all stored files are deleted from our cloud infrastructure. You will be signed out automatically after deletion is complete.

If you are unable to access your account and need assistance with data deletion, please contact us at support@autolor.app with the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 30 days.
