The Beginning

It exists for a simple reason: stories disappear when no one preserves them.

This began as a personal effort to solve a problem I kept encountering — vehicles carrying evidence of lives they had lived, but no permanent place for those stories to remain intact.

Some of you have already taken the time to look at it, share it, and talk about it with others. I want you to know that I see that, and I’m grateful.

This is not a finished thing. It is a place that will continue to evolve carefully, guided by the responsibility it carries.

Autolor was built without investors, without a team, and without pressure to become something it isn’t. It exists because it needed to exist.

If you choose to create a record here, or simply tell someone it exists, you are helping ensure that fewer stories disappear quietly.
